These terms apply to the coaching plans sold on onepower.ma, in addition to our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
1. What coaching includes
Each plan (Starter, Pro, Elite) gives you, through your account, the training, nutrition and supplement guidance described on the Coaching page for that plan, written by a OnePower coach from the profile and check-ins you provide. Coaching is remote; it does not include in-person sessions unless the plan says so.
2. Length and renewal
A plan runs for 30 days from your order. It does not renew automatically and nothing is charged without a new order. To continue, order a plan again; your history and plans stay in your account. If you buy a higher plan during an active one, the higher plan applies from that order.
3. Who can take part
Coaching is for people aged 18 and over. You confirm that you are fit to train. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a medical condition, an injury, or take medication, get your doctor’s agreement before you start and tell your coach.
4. Your part
- Give accurate information in your profile and check-ins, and update it when something changes.
- Follow the plan within your limits, stop and seek medical advice if you feel pain, dizziness or anything unusual.
- Keep your account login to yourself; a plan is personal and cannot be shared.
5. What coaching is not
Coaching is general fitness and nutrition guidance. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or a medically prescribed diet, and does not replace a doctor, dietitian or physiotherapist. Results depend on many factors and are not guaranteed. See the Health Disclaimer.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel a plan within 7 days of ordering (Law No. 31-08, Article 36) as long as the coaching has not started. When you ask your coach to start before the 7 days end, you agree that the right of withdrawal ends once the service has started (Article 38). After that, a started plan is not refunded, but we will always look at a genuine problem with you.
7. Your data
Your profile, check-ins and progress photos are only seen by you, the coaching team and administrators, and are kept as described in the Privacy Policy.
