Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in Morocco only.
Delivery fee
Every order has a delivery fee. It depends on your city and is shown at checkout, before you confirm, and in your order confirmation. It is paid with your order, in cash on delivery.
Delivery times
Orders are usually prepared and handed to the courier within 1 working day of confirmation. Delivery then usually takes 1 to 3 working days in major cities and up to 5 working days elsewhere. These times are estimates; we tell you if your order is delayed. Orders containing only a coaching plan are not shipped: your coaching starts in your account.
Confirmation call
We may call or message you on the number you gave to confirm your order and address before shipping. Please keep your phone reachable; an order we cannot confirm after several attempts may be cancelled.
At delivery
- Pay the courier the total shown in your order, in cash.
- Check the parcel before you accept it. If it is visibly damaged, you can refuse it or note the damage with the courier, then contact us.
- If you are not available, the courier will contact you to arrange a new time.
Tracking
You can follow your order from the “Track your order” page with your order number and phone or email, or from your account.
